Water Ball
Focus your chakra into the palm of your hand.And create water from the pure chakra.Then just start making the water rotating while adding more water.Then use your chakra to make the water pressure start to rise.Then you will be ready to use it.(you can make the ball bigger.Like making it turn into the water imprisoment jutsu.But that is for a chunin and up rank)

Ice Ball
Do the same thing as you do when you create your water ball.Except this time add more chakra to make the water freeze.Then after that you can add even more chakra in an even flow to make spike come out of it.So try it.

Aqua Blade
Now create a water ball.But bigger than normal size.Then add alot of chakra into it and mold it into the blade you want it to turn in to.It can shoot out water jet streams out of it.You have to keep a contious flow of chakra so you will only have a time limit of using it.

Ice Blade
Make a water ball.Then turn it into a aqua sword.And then add even more chakra to freeze it.You can make ice spikes come out of this sword and you can make the sword longer or shorter.But that takes way more chakra.Or you can make the sword by turning water ball to ice ball and then mold it into sword.but that is alot harder.
